1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Onyx Proxies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Onyx proxies only for lawful purposes. Any use that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property, or targets systems without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and proxy credentials. Keep your API keys and session tokens confidential.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and upstream network events may temporarily affect availability.
5. Billing
Plans are prepaid. Bandwidth and proxy allocations are consumed as used. Charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
