Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be confident in Onyx Proxies. This policy explains when refunds are available.
2. Eligibility
Refunds may be issued within 24 hours of purchase if less than 10% of the plan's bandwidth or proxy allocation has been consumed and the product is non-functional on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Plans with significant usage, promotional or discounted purchases (including Onyx Origin Members drops), and renewals are non-refundable.
4. How to Request
Open a support ticket in our Discord with your account details and order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in immediate account termination.
